I am Charlotte Leeann, a Neuro Life Coach, Mind Wellness & Non-Clinical Counseling Practitioner (ICR-Certified) with over five years of experience providing non-clinical counseling on a voluntary basis.
I have supported individuals both locally and internationally, working with people from different backgrounds and life experiences.
Whether sessions take place online or in person, I am committed to offering a safe, respectful, and confidential space where individuals feel heard, supported, and understood.
I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including emotional, physical, mental, and verbal abuse, depression, marital, family, and work-related difficulties, as well as supporting teenagers navigating personal, emotional, and school-related challenges.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. My own life experiences and journey of overcoming challenges placed a strong desire in me to help others do the same. This allows me to approach each person with empathy, compassion, and genuine understanding, supporting them as they work toward healing, clarity, and personal growth.

My work is neuro‑informed and mind‑focused, using Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to help individuals understand and reshape thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviour.
I use a variety of techniques and approaches, carefully tailored to each individual’s unique challenges and desired outcomes. There is no one‑size‑fits‑all approach every session is personalised to support meaningful, lasting change.
For individuals of the Christian faith who desire spiritually grounded support, I offer faith-based, non-clinical counseling rooted in biblical principles.
This service integrates scripture-based guidance with mind-focused and neuro-informed techniques to help individuals renew thought patterns, find emotional healing, and restore hope while working through past experiences, present challenges, and future direction.
Faith-based counseling is client-led and optional, provided in a respectful, supportive space for those who wish to include their Christian faith as part of their healing and growth journey.
